The trend today is to call for more diversity of thought around the board table. There has been much good work done to broaden board make up to include cultural and gender diversity. Cognitive diversity is now starting to be recognised as important, but can be difficult to access since cognitively diverse people are not often attracted to governance.

Dorenda is both challenging and respectful. She offers a unique combination of alternative thinking, backed up by board training.
